The Story

It all started on a beach in Maui. That experience ended up informing and defining our priorities and how we work at Atrius Group.

Tamara’s father grew up in Hawaii and the spirit of “Aloha” has always been part of her culture:

Love. Respect. Compassion. Harmony.

"Aloha" is exactly what we want our clients to feel when they work with us. We want to engage people where they are and be part of their story.

We believe every day is the start of a new journey. We know that doing something different — like changing jobs or the trajectory of your career or business — can be scary.

We can help you approach these critical moments of decision, change, ambiguity, and doubt without fear — confident that who you are, what you've experienced, and what you've learned will lead you to the outcome you envisage.

My life’s work is partnering with people and charitable brands who are changing the world. I’ve had the privilege of leading marketing and fundraising strategy for not-for-profit organizations for more than twenty years, including World Vision U.S. and Canada, the American Cancer Society, The Nature Conservancy, and dozens of rescue missions and food banks across the country.

I find deep meaning and purpose in helping teams find new ways to innovate and inspire. I’m available for senior-level strategy and guidance for businesses and not-for-profit organizations that are passionate about pursuing the next stage of growth.
